As a key player in our client management team in Sydney, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of major projects for high-profile clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with your team members to achieve project goals
- Proactively address any client issues and notify your manager
- Prioritize tasks effectively and keep your team informed about progress
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by your team leader to ensure project success
- Develop an in-depth understanding of your clients' businesses and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Gather intelligence on consumer trends and product-related topics
- Ensure all communications align with brand requirements
- Create clear written briefs and project documentation
- Write concise reports for client meetings and important phone calls within 48 hours
- Obtain approval for creative briefs, estimates, and project documentation from relevant parties
- Expand your knowledge across all products and services.
- Contribute to innovative solutions that drive client growth.

**Qualifications:**
- Tertiary qualification in a communications/marketing discipline is preferred
- Advertising agency experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
