Who You Are
* A proactive leader with 8‐10+ years of professional experience in electronic hardware design, including embedded and mixed‐signal systems
* Proven track record of designing microcontroller‐based systems, power supplies (DC/DC, PoE, USB‐C PD desirable), high‐speed digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet), moderate LV power switching (48V, 10A), DDR3 memory interfacing and GbE interfacing
* Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (EMC/EMI, safety standards, ESD protection, ingress protection)
* A relevant tertiary qualification in software or electronic engineering or other equivalent experience is essential
What You Will Be Doing
* Design and develop electronic systems that meet functional, performance and compliance goals within cost constraints
* Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, leading and reviewing documentation across the team
* Lead research into new technologies, translating findings into technical strategies and coaching others on complex system‐level problem‐solving
* Drive cross‐disciplinary collaboration, anticipating component selection issues and reducing long‐term sourcing and design risk
