What We’re Looking For:
* A bright personality with excellent communication skills.
* A motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
* Someone who is equally comfortable with admin tasks and providing outstanding service at the front counter.
* A team player who enjoys working with people and making a positive impact on customers.
* We are looking to fill a few positions at Burleigh and Southport locations. We are looking for full time and part time positions including weekend work. 16+ years are welcome to apply for casual positions (Juniors - weekends predominantly and school holidays)
Your Role:
* Admin: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, process sales, schedule workshop jobs and pickups, assist with online orders and ensure the customers have the best shopping experience possible.
* Front Counter Duties: Manage the front counter efficiently, handle inquiries, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
* Retail: Drive sales by understanding the product and customer needs. All training provided.
* Team Support: Collaborate with your colleagues to meet business goals and create a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
