In partnership with the nsw government, we are delivering a transformative, city-shaping metro rail project in greater western sydney.
We will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the metro rail project for 15 years.
About The Role
This role is pivotal in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of ratpdev west sydney airport. You will oversee contract management, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving value throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to compliance with legal, organisational, and industry standards.
* Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to establish fair and beneficial agreements.
* Collaborate with legal, procurement, and technical teams to resolve contractual issues, negotiate changes, and finalise terms.
* Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution while safeguarding project interests.
* Assess the impact of proposed changes on contract scope, schedule, cost, and risk, negotiating necessary adjustments as required.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contract performance, compliance, and execution, including financial, legal, and operational risks.
* Prepare reports, updates, and performance assessments on contractual activities for senior management decision-making.
* Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, industry regulations, and best practices in contract management.
* Oversee cost control, forecasting, and reporting to support financial and operational decision-making.
* B uild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
