About the Opportunities
Our clients include major property groups, commercial landlords, REITs, and retail assets across Sydney. Assignments range from short‑term coverage through to longer contracts, supporting day‑to‑day facilities operations and asset management functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and presentation of retail or commercial assets
* Coordinate contractors, service providers and scheduled maintenance
* Manage repairs, breakdowns and incident response
* Ensure compliance with WHS, risk management and building regulations
* Liaise with tenants, stakeholders and onsite management teams
* Support budgeting, reporting and administration as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Facilities Manager in retail or commercial property
* Solid understanding of WHS, compliance and building operations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Able to hit the ground running in fast‑paced environments
* Immediately available or available at short notice
