Job Title: Handyman
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our contract and facilities managers, providing excellent customer service on behalf of clients.

About the Role:
* Undertake urgent, routine and ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client premises and equipment as directed.
* Review and comment on any instructions and standard operating procedures for handyman services.
* Liaise closely with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by works undertaken.
* Participate in transferring new equipment items from Projects to Maintenance.
* Manage Key Performance Indicators including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned.
* Utilize mobility solution to retrieve work order details and enter historical information within the system.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years experience in Handyman background in Commercial, Domestic or Corporate environment.
* Experience in Building Services Maintenance.
* Basic estimating (small works).
* App's experience for completing documentation.
* Basic IT skills.
