Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the integrity of inventory held
2. Continuous improvement of inventory processes and procedures
3. Identify and investigate all stock discrepancies and report
4. Process inventory issues promptly
5. Monitor and investigate pallet control transactions
6. Work with the Inventory Manager to coordinate stock-takes, cycle counts, and bin checks
7. Ensuring quality and safety controls are met
8. provide key data for reporting, or where relevant actual reporting
9. Conduct cycle count, empty location check and pallet control
Qualifications and Experience:
10. 2-3 years of experience in the Logistics Industry as an Inventory Controller or Supervisor
11. Proficiency in WMS systems and RF environments
12. Excellent customer service, communication, and team management skills
13. Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Exceed WMS, etc.)
14. OH&S awareness and knowledge of pallet control
15. Chep Portfolio or Loscam Online experience preferred (training provided)
