An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a public sector organisation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this strategic leadership role is responsible for driving the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability through robust financial planning, strategic budgeting, and performance frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) and Annual Budget processes. Provide high-level strategic financial analysis, modelling, and advice to the Executive. Oversee Procurement, Contracts, and Property & Leasing functions. Hands-on role in major projects including new ERP and take on significant operational load. Support financial governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. CPA or CA membership (or significant progress). Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, modelling and performance reporting. Strong understanding of public sector financial governance and integrated planning.
