Role
* Construction Manager
* $190,000 plus super
* 12-month fixed-term contract, April 2026 start date
* Rotating shift pattern of Monday - Friday, 10-hour days and a half day Saturday week 1, then Monday - Thursday, 10-hour days and a half day Friday for week 2
* Accommodation provided whilst on-site

About the Role - Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a large-scale utility solar farm project. This is a senior site leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of Construction, responsible for coordinating all construction activities, driving programme performance, and maintaining strong safety and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for site-based construction delivery
* Lead and coordinate electrical, mechanical, and civil workstreams
* Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams
* Drive safety, quality, and productivity across the project
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and scope
* Interface with the client, EPC leadership, and key stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience delivering utility-scale solar or major infrastructure projects
* Strong background in EPC or Tier 1 construction environments
* Excellent leadership and contractor management capability
* Sound understanding of safety systems and construction risk
* Relevant trade, engineering, or construction qualification
