Administrative Officer for Child and Youth Mental Health Service
This role provides high-level quality administrative and reception support for the Group Director – CYMHS and the Statewide Clinical Specialty Director – CYMHS, working closely with an Executive Officer.

Main Responsibilities:
* Providing high-level quality administrative and reception support in the CAMHS executive Office.
* Undertaking administrative tasks associated with ordering, maintaining and processing account payments, and those associated with maintaining departmental assets.
* Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, capable of solving complex inquiries through multiple communication channels.
* Preparing, coordinating and assisting with the preparation of letters, meeting papers, Ministerial briefings, right to information documents, and third-party requests.
