Machine Operator Role

This position involves operating CNC machines to produce parts according to drawings and instructions. The successful candidate will follow directions from the Leading Hand and Foreman, report any machine issues, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC turning/milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
* Fulfill instructions provided by supervisors and complete tasks efficiently.
* Identify and report any machine or equipment malfunctions.
* Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
Requirements
* Experience working with manual and CNC machinery is required.
* Able to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
* Knowledge of different steel grades and their machinability is essential.
* Comfortable working with metric and imperial measurements.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
* A flexible and adaptable attitude is required for this role.
