About the role:
You will deliver home‐based Physiotherapy services in the Mildura region for clients aged 65+ accessing services through their Support at Home (SAH) package. The role focuses on strengths‐based, goal‐directed interventions that maximise independence.
This is an ongoing permanent position. You can choose full‐time or a flexible FTE arrangement, including family‐friendly hours and varied working days.
You will receive regular one‐to‐one supervision and support from our Practice Lead. You'll also be supported by a team of physiotherapists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on‐site staff.

You are a physiotherapist with strong clinical skills, a client‐centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You are motivated to deliver high‐quality care, adapt to changing client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence‐based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

* Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
* Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one‐to‐one interactions

* A current Working With Children Check card
* Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
* Australian working rights
