Job Title: Program Delivery Executive
We're seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of major capital and operational projects and programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
This role has a preferred location, however, we welcome applications from candidates willing to relocate within our operational footprint.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, both internal and external.
* Deliver projects and programs safely, efficiently, and within scope, time, and budget.
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and risk management.
* Oversee procurement, contract management, and governance processes.
* Prepare business cases and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Develop and manage project schedules, workforce planning, and resource forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with governance, change control, and reporting standards.
* Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
About You:
You're a results-driven leader with a strong background in infrastructure delivery and project management. You thrive in complex environments and are passionate about driving excellence and innovation in program execution.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
* Diploma in Project Management or equivalent experience.
* Project Management certification (e.g. PMI PMP, PRINCE2).
Desirable:
* White Card, Driver's License.
* Contract Management or WHS qualifications.
* Auditing experience.
Experience:
* Extensive experience in construction and infrastructure project delivery.
* Proven leadership in managing large, complex programs.
* Strong background in contract negotiation and administration.
* Skilled in business case development and strategic planning.
Skills:
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Advanced project and program management capabilities.
* Strong commercial acumen and risk management expertise.
* Ability to lead change and foster high-performing teams.
