You will be accountable for your professional practice, delegate tasks appropriately, and contribute to the development of less experienced nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent, and effective care.In this leadership-support role, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to promote continuity of care, implement clinical improvements, and manage operational responsibilities such as staffing, rostering, recruitment, and resource planning.
