Improvement Project Specialist: Enhancing Sepsis Care

The Improvement Project Specialist position focuses on managing and coordinating quality improvement initiatives, particularly the Adult Sepsis Collaborative Project. The primary objective is to optimize sepsis recognition and timely management in Victorian hospitals.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing project plans and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders
* Understanding current sepsis management practices across inpatient units and identifying areas for improvement
* Collaborating with various stakeholders to implement quality improvement activities and reduce serious harm to patients with sepsis
