As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our team of tax professionals on an established and growing client base operating businesses in Australia and offshore across a variety of industries. This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin Brisbane. Roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
* Work with highly experienced tax specialists to provide tax consulting advice to large privately owned corporate groups, high‑net‑wealth families, trusts and other privately owned entities.
* Assist with financial reporting and tax compliance services for our clients.
* Advise clients on their key business issues using a wide range of technology.
* Contribute to strategic planning and the implementation of family governance frameworks and structures with a particular focus on privately owned businesses.
Skills and attributes for success
* With a passion for tax, you value career‑long technical challenges, learning and innovation.
* Tax experience ideally gained in a professional services environment in Australia.
* Demonstrated ability to manage engagements with strong influencing skills to pull the right levers and drive the best outcomes.
* The willingness to invest time to learn and develop and to work in a dynamic team environment.
* An ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well‑informed recommendations to your clients.
* Ideally you have commenced or completed CA, CPA or equivalent.
