Position Summary: On behalf of our client, Dojo Legal Australia is looking for skilled and experienced Horticulture Section Managers who are responsible for leading and managing a horticulture section, overseeing crop production, staff supervision, and operational planning to ensure high-quality yield and efficiency. This is a full-time position which may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly). Duties and responsibilities:
* Ensure that all specification for seeding and planting are satisfied.
* Assess quality of work and take corrective actions where applicable.
* Ensure that seed stock/levels/usage are managed as per company procedures.
* Liaise with Farm Operation Manager/Agronomist where required.
* Ensure that all seeding equipment is maintain as per procedures.
* Monitor germination to ensure seeds are of acceptable quality.
* Ensure all records are maintained.
* Ensure all crops are labelled correctly.
