Administration & Customer Service Officer
Milestone Chemicals Australia is looking for a skilled Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our Albury team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and customer service roles, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
* Process sales orders from customers via phone and email
* Data entry of customer orders into our system
* Provide excellent customer service in our on-site retail shop
* Merchandise and stock the shop floor
* Conduct regular stock takes
* Communicate with customers regarding queries and issues with their orders and accounts
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
