About the Position
This is a fantastic role for a motivated Chef de Partie looking to step into a stable, full-time kitchen role. With a salary of $76–80K (depending on experience), you’ll work within a professional team delivering quality pub-style meals to high standards. Position Description
Prepare and cook menu items to venue standards
Work across multiple kitchen sections, including grill, larder, and fryers
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Contribute to menu planning, specials, and service delivery
Position Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis, ready to step up
Solid technical cooking skills across multiple kitchen sections
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
Positive team player with good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
