We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead, Student Mobility to oversee UOW's inbound and outbound exchange and study abroad programs. Based at our Wollongong campus, this Level 6/7 leadership role will manage the university's participation in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade's New Colombo Plan (NCP), supervise a high‑performing team, and collaborate with faculties and global partners to deliver world‑class mobility experiences.
