We are seeking a Human Resources Partner with a national focus to join us and strategically enhance our employee experience, ensuring our people are equipped to deliver on our mission.
The Opportunity: HR Strategy & Impact within our Social Enterprises
You will be responsible for creating, developing, and embedding people-related strategies across your client groups within our Social Enterprises across NSW, VIC and TAS. This is a critical role that directly influences our culture and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic People Initiatives: Design, develop, and implement strategic initiatives across the full HR spectrum, including organisational change/design, digital transformations, employee value propositions, talent development, and cultural adding.
- Industrial Relations & Risk Management: Manage complex Employee and Industrial Relations (ER/IR) issues, providing sound advice on restructures, redundancies, and ensuring compliance to minimise risk, with a strong knowledge of Modern Industry Awards.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to provide contemporary, proactive HR advice and guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee experience.
- Performance & Development: Manage and support performance improvement plans (PIP), development plans (PDPs), appraisals, and pay reviews.
- Coaching & Training: Provide expert training and coaching to managers on best-practice people management, and create relevant development courses for all employees.
WHS Collaboration: Work closely with the Work, Health and Safety Manager to proactively ensure the physical and psychological health of employees and maintain a safe working environment.
What You'll Need to Bring
You're a proactive, results-oriented HR leader with a genuine passion for people and a commitment to ensuring a strong employee experience.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years in HR Generalist Management roles.
- Degree qualified in HR or equivalent.
- Sound, hands-on experience managing complex Employee and Industrial relations.
- Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence to partner and guide all employees.
- Confidence to engage, lead, and coach on courageous conversations.
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices and compliance.
