About the Role
We seek a Customer Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional support throughout our customers' home buying journey.
The Operations and Customer Success Teams play a vital role in ensuring each customer's property journey—from search to settlement—is successful.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage multiple work streams, including task processing across the property purchase process such as contract review, exchange, and settlement.
* Liaise with lawyer partners and lenders to ensure our platform remains a comprehensive, one-stop shop for customers.
* Manage our support inbox, responding to customer queries with empathy and a commitment to excellent service.
* Process tasks and support requests within agreed turnaround times.
* Maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
* Stay updated on business rules, procedures, standards, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, administration, or operational support.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong prioritization and planning skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
