An opportunity currently exists with my client in their Macquarie Park head office for an experienced, customer service professional to join our team.
The role involves working directly with the engineering service team to coordinate with the engineers to book in service maintenance and repairs.
We are looking for someone with a customer service background that has coordination experience.
Much more than answering phones, this is a diverse role. You will be required to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to general enquiries and service orders.
You will manage customer interactions to ensure smooth and timely resolution of product related incidents and proactively inform customers about the status of work we are doing for them (incidents/tickets) in a positive and professional manner within the Medical Technology segment.
The key responsibilities for this position includes (but not limited to):
- Correct allocation, scheduling and management of all incidents/tickets to appropriate service engineers
- Ensure all assignments are correctly allocated and managed to ensure efficient resolution of each incident / job.
- Scheduling of Preventative Maintenance visits
- Create estimates and chase approvals from customers
- Complete credit requests for incorrect invoices sent to customers
- Follow up field engineers to close off open jobs
- Follow up with customers after the job has been completed to confirm the instrument is working correctly
- Management of the install-base data including maintenance of customer information,
decommissioning of instruments, flagging end of support items by customers
- Provide back up support for the Regional Service Administrator and Front Office
