We're now seeking a Technical Sales Representative – Business Development to help elevate our sales strategy and support our continued growth. Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain contact cycles for existing and prospective customers aligned with SPI's capabilities
* Build and manage customer relationships from first contact through to production hand-off
* Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve sales/profitability targets
* Assist in the preparation of quotes, tenders, and proposal documentation
* Provide timely and accurate sales performance reports to management
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans in line with SPI's business objectives
What We're Looking For
* Proven ability to source, secure, and close sales within a precision machining environment
* Experience building long-term, productive client relationships from lead generation to sale
* Solid understanding of modern CNC machining processes and capabilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience working with ERP systems (enterprise-level preferred)
* Must have the right to work in Australia
