Role: You will be providing administrative and logistics support for a large infrastructure project, working onsite. This role provides essential coordination, documentation, and administrative support across planning, logistics, cost control, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate site logistics including material deliveries, truck movements, plant allocation and workforce activities. Monitor construction progress against program milestones and implement corrective actions where required. Support supervisors and project teams in coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities. Assist with project cost management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Prepare daily cost reports, support estimating activities and assist with subcontractor claims, variations and cost recoveries. Coordinate plant and equipment on/off hire and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers Ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications, quality standards and project procedures. Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, plant hire companies and project stakeholders Key Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role preferably within the construction industry in an on-site role Own transport is ideal due to the office location, though can be accessed by tram and bus routes Strong communication skills essential, both written and verbal Able to pick up new systems, software and processes quickly Available for 7am start times, rotation basis Available ongoing, minimum 2 months For a list of our other vacancies, please visit our website www.aspectpersonne;l.com.au
