The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Administration Officer eager to grow in the strata management field. In this role, you will support the management of diverse strata portfolios, handle client relations, coordinate maintenance, and assist with financial and administrative tasks, all while gaining valuable experience to advance and progress your career.

This is a permanent, full time position based at our Port Macquarie office.

Your Day-to Day:

- Respond to client inquiries, providing professional and efficient service.

- Issue application forms and ensure documentation is complete upon return.

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring work orders are clear and completed on time.

- Maintain accurate and organised records according to company policies.

- Obtain, renew, lodge and maintain building insurances.

- Prepare and distribute agendas, budgets and meeting minutes.

- Build strong relationships with clients and contractors.

- Assist in meetings, including attendance, vote counting, and minute-taking.

What We’re Looking For:

- Displays initiative to get things done without supervision.

- Works collaboratively with Strata Managers, committees, and other stakeholders.

- Always looking to enhance client satisfaction through prompt response.
