The Role :
Based in our Rivervale office, you'll play a key role in supporting the coordination and planning of our fast-growing site teams across shutdown and maintenance projects. Reporting to the Senior Contract Coordinator, you'll be a central link between operations, internal teams, and vendors — keeping everything on track and running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing :
* Allocating resources — from people and vehicles to equipment — for shutdowns and ongoing site works
* Managing schedules, rosters, and crews using Breight Group's planning software
* Collaborating with internal teams to confirm labour requirements and project timelines
* Reviewing and submitting quotes and estimates based on client requests
* Coordinating with vendors and raising POs and work orders
* Supporting the mobilisation process to ensure compliance across all crews
* Tracking and reporting progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
About you :

To be successful in this role, you'll have :
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
* Possess experience in a similar role within the resource sector
* Previous administrative experience is highly advantageous
* Demonstrate strong teamwork and work ethic, with the ability to adapt to change
* Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
