The Role_**
An opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a Maintenance Officer on a full time basis at our aged care facilities in Padstow Heights. You will be working as part of a team that takes great pride in the work that they do to maintain the facility.
Day to day duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Undertake general day to day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards, plans and guidelines
- Ensure all emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- When required oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site
- Ensure smooth day to day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility
- Provide IT support as required within the high-spec facility
- Exceptional client service skills are important to ensure success in the role
- Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging.
**_ About You_**
- Previous gardening and maintenance experience is a must
- Previous experience in aged care or similar facility would be highly desirable
- Thorough understanding of facility services including gas, water and power mains and isolation requirement
- Familiarisation and practice within a strict code of WHS requirement
- You will need to be a self-starter with excellent time management skills which enable you prioritise tight work schedules
- Demonstrated ability to learn and continuously improve maintenance operations
- Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner
