The Schools Leadership Culture and Care division is the centre for expertise for education workforce strategy, professional development, wellbeing and culture and supports the attainment of a culturally responsive workforce that is cared for, capable, engaged and enabled.
Our dynamic and impactful Talent, Attraction and Recruitment branch facilitates the supply of a quality educational workforce to ensure that 153 Northern Territory government schools and corporate sites can provide quality education to Territory children. We're customer focused and collaborative, providing a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
About You:
* Your extensive knowledge of end-to-end attraction and recruitment will position you as a subject matter expert in your field. This support and advice will assist your stakeholders to enable informed decisions in attracting and recruiting candidates.
* In addition, your strong interpersonal customer focused, communication and negotiating skills along with your ability to forecast and workforce plan will ensure schools and business units are fully staffed with the right people.
* A relevant bachelor's degree and demonstrated ability in interpreting and applying HR legislation frameworks and working visa processes is desirable but not essential.
