Job summary:

(Above Award) Inspira Kids is an established Early Learning Centre with multiple centres across Victoria. We provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and happy environment for children.
We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate and friendly Educators / Senior Educators to join us in Shepparton - Archer Street on a casual basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist in creating innovative educational programs aligned with the Early Years Framework
* Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational needs within groups and individually
* Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, parents, and team members
* Assist children with daily routines and support their learning
* Observe children daily and use observations to meet their needs, strengths, and interests
* Attend staff meetings and professional training sessions as required
About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent (or be actively studying towards it)
* Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training)
* Current Working with Children's Check
* Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning environment for children
