What you bring to the role

To be successful, you will have the following skills & experience:
* Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems, with extensive experience in their administration, optimisation and application to enterprise learning environments
* Demonstrated experience in influencing and supporting customers.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with SuccessFactors LMS.
Responsibilities
* Maintain LMS settings, protocols and structures to keep the system reliable, efficient and aligned to organisational learning needs.
* Create, update and manage learning items, curricula and assignment profiles so learners receive accurate training pathways.
* Oversee data integrity, ensuring learning information is accurate, complete and compliant for reporting and audit needs.
* Partner with L&D designers, facilitators, People Systems, PeopleHub and business stakeholders to support smooth delivery of learning programs.
* Generate scheduled and ad‐hoc reporting to provide leaders with timely insight into completions, compliance and learning activity.
* Respond to LMS queries, troubleshoot issues, investigate data discrepancies and escalate where required.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance user experience, strengthen governance and continually improve the LMS environment.
* Support additional responsibilities aligned with role level and organisational needs.
