**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Insights, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of evidence-driven strategies, plans and outcomes, for the Membership Division and all RACV businesses.

Good strategy development is at the heart of any business' success; few other roles allow you to learn as much about "what makes things work well" (and why) and encourage the wide range of engagement and influence needed to turn ideas into Business as Usual.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Identifying, extracting and combining internal and external data into complete and renewable datasets that describe complex issues
- Structuring and using robust data models to deliver insightful findings that resolve key strategic and tactical issues
- Synthesizing findings to into compelling and commercially viable business cases and recommended actions

**What you'll need to be successful**
- 2+ years' experience in data-led strategy development or customer analytics in a consulting or blue-chip corporate environment.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant business discipline such as commerce, marketing, economics etc. Masters or postgraduate desirable.
- Hands-on ability to manipulate, analyse, align and synthesize data into insight across multiple data sources (internal databases, external databases, qualitative & quantitative customer research).
- Experience using SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and Microsoft Excel for the purpose of data extraction, compilation, and analysis
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with senior audiences.
- Willingness to participate in high-stakes strategic projects, from scoping through to execution, in an analysis and insight focused role.
- Ability and desire to develop impactful strategic marketing tools and messaging, customer engagement and communication programs, loyalty schemes, pricing, program prioritization and monitoring.
