Are you creative, organised, confident on camera and passionate about women's fashion? Always Alice is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing, fun and fashion-loving team.
This is a 12-month maternity leave position with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right person.

What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate the marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content
* Plan, create, schedule and optimise content across all social media platforms
* Create and edit engaging photos and videos that bring our brand personality to life
* Design, build and optimise email campaigns, flows and pop-ups using Klaviyo
* Regularly update digital content on our Shopify website
* Use Canva and Adobe Suite to produce consistent, brand-aligned graphics
* Coordinate weekly product photoshoots and edit images using Lightroom
* Appear confidently and regularly in social content
* Collaborate closely with the Director, confidently taking on feedback and adapting content to align with brand vision

What You'll Bring
* Degree or equivalent study in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar
* Minimum 2+ years industry experience
* Experience in a leadership or coordination role
* Skills across Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite (highly desirable)
* Confidence being on camera
* Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proven photography and editing abilities
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
