Job Profile:

Payroll/Accounts Officer: A Dynamic Role


About the Position:

This role requires a thorough understanding of end-to-end payroll processing and the ability to interpret and apply various awards, allowances, overtime, penalties, site rates and travel requirements.

* Process weekly payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Enter, validate and reconcile timesheets across multiple sites to ensure timely and accurate payment.
* Interpret and apply relevant awards, allowances, overtime, penalties, site rates and travel requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, clients and management through excellent communication skills.
* Identify opportunities for continuous system and process improvements and implement recommendations.
* Assist with invoicing and back charges and perform other EOM duties as required.
* Develop and manage pay/bill agreements, rate templates and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
