As a member of our Front Office team, the role starts with the warm welcoming of our guests, getting to know them and delivering on a truly bespoke experience throughout the guest's stay.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding service to exceed guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Check in and check out guests, and assist all in‑house guests with a positive and professional attitude.
* Assist with registration, communication systems monitoring, guest information and other special requests.
* Process and oversee the payments of guest accounts.
* Manage the daily activities associated with the hotel's property management system – Opera.
* Maintain guest accounts, take reservations and assist with guest enquiries.
* Handle and manage incoming guest telephone enquiries.
* Work unsupervised and use own initiative, thinking outside the box when problem‑solving any guest concerns.
* Maintain current information on all hotel services.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated, driven, and focused with a can‑do attitude.
* Hotel experience and familiarity with Front Office procedures is preferred.
* Experience with OPERA is preferred but not essential.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multi‑task and relish challenges.
* Right to live and work in this location.
