Salary package: $95,987 - $110,489 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice‑Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. The DSAAS Project Team works collaboratively across the division and the University, both leading projects and providing project and stakeholder management advice, expertise and support.
This position will provide high‑level support to the Senior Project Officer, Review Implementation to deliver whole‑of‑organisation changes and response to new legislation and recommendations delivered through institutional reviews. Specifically, the role will be crucial to the delivery of the University's response to the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender‑Based Violence.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders against timelines set by the Commonwealth Department of Education, a sound understanding of project management principals and the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently is essential.
Candidates who possess:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, social work, public policy, gender studies) or equivalent experience in the prevention and/or response to gender‑based violence; or
* An understanding of student wellbeing factors, gender‑based violence, trauma‑informed practices, and the regulatory landscape in Australian higher education.
