**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Distribution Centre Team Manager to lead our busy team based at Richlands in QLD. The purpose of your role as a DC Team Manager is to manage, support, direct and lead Safety, Quality and delivery of Performance KPI's for the site through best practice team management. Ultimately, our aim is to achieve** **highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver our product with an optimal result, all while driving a proactive and engaged safety culture. We have flexibility in our shift preference and the shift times are 5am - 1pm and 1pm - 9pm.
**The Key Responsibilities include;**
**Health and Safety**
- Setting the benchmark for role modelling health and safety behaviour with the team.
- Ensure Health and Safety information is communicated to the teams across all shifts.
- Drive and own the Safety culture within distribution in the pursuit of Zero Harm across the site.
**Quality & Change Management**
- Ensure the Supply Chain process is delivering first time quality outcomes consistent with the expectations of the relevant legislation, CCEP policy and The Coca-Cola Company.
- Ensure and drive change management effectively through the team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on cost.
**Driving Value and Productivity through asset utilisation**
- Drive productivity, as well as overall DC performance processes for improvement.
- Ensures appropriate labour is allocated to maximise DC efficiency and minimise labour costs.
- Meet KPI's and targets as required by our clients and the business.
- Ensure all outbound orders are accurate and ready on time.
**Day to Day**
- Build cross functional high performing teams.
- Develop and maintain high standard training documentation.
- Maintain and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
**About You**
- 3+ years experience in a similar management/leadership role preferred
- Experience in FMCG or similar industry highly regarded
- Process driven
- Ability to motivate and build a high performing team culture and engagement
- Ability to influence and motivate team members
- Strong commercial acumen
- Warehouse management systems & SAP
- Forklift Licence
