Warehouse Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As part of our Plumbing Branch Team, you will be responsible for helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
* Safe loading and unloading of supplier and branch vehicles/trucks
* Safe use of forklift and demonstrates a strong stance on traffic management
* Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration (process of credit claims and replenishment)
* Accurate receipting, checking and locating of goods for multi site
* Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the warehouse and yard
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in warehousing, operating forklifts and inwards goods
* Drives a safety culture
* Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
