This team is trusted by major organisations to lead sensitive and high-profile workplace matters, and due to growth is now seeking a lawyer with employment and/or investigations experience to join them.Base pay rangeA$165,000.00/yr - A$240,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesAutonomously conduct significant workplace investigations into misconduct, whistleblower matters, bullying, harassment, and breaches of policy, including the ability to independently provide proactive cost management and scoping of matters.Exhibit exceptional client service skills including the ability to grow key relationships and handle complex or difficult conversations with clients (e.g., cost expectations, delays etc). 
Interview witnesses and parties, analyse evidence, and produce clear, evidence-based reports.Provide strategic legal advice on employment law matters including wage audits, transfer of business, and compliance.Draft employment contracts, policies, and procedures.Deliver training to clients on legal obligations and best-practice workplace behaviour.You will also enjoy working with highly skilled lawyers, a team-oriented culture, impactful work, and the chance to further hone your expertise in employment and investigations - without time sheets.All discussions will be in strict confidence and your CV and details will not be passed to any third party or prospective employer until instructed by you.
