An award-winning Brisbane Builder delivering complex commercial projects across childcare, education sector, community facilities, churches, industrial warehousing and service stations. With a strong pipeline of work through 2026 and beyond, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team.
This role suits a capable CA who wants exposure to end-to-end project delivery, real responsibility, and a clear path for progression within a stable, privately owned builder.
The Role
What You'll Be Doing
Administering head contracts and subcontracts across commercial projects ($5-15m+)Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement, and tender comparisonsPreparing and assessing variations, claims, EOTs and contract correspondenceTracking budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reporting with precisionSupporting the Project Manager in ensuring compliance, quality, and program deliveryCollaborating with consultants, clients, and site supervisors to keep projects moving
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in contracts administration (commercial construction)Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity SurveyingStrong technical knowledge of construction contracts and Australian contract lawProficiency in Procore, CHEOPS, Jobpac, and Microsoft ExcelExperience on projects valued over $5m with proven subcontractor management skillsA detail-driven operator with strong communication and negotiation skills
