Clinical Team Lead
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinician to lead our frontline clinical teams.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Lead and inspire frontline clinical teams through guidance and mentorship, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality patient care.
o Review client care plans and promote independence and quality of life for patients.
o Develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
* Requirements:
o A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
o Candidates must hold current AHPRA registration and possess extensive general nursing experience.
o Demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience are also highly valued.
