Early Childhood Intervention Therapist
In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy intervention, child development, and family-centered practice to provide high-quality services to infants and young children with delays/disabilities and their families. You will conduct assessments and interventions in various settings, including home, school, preschool, early learning settings, and the clinic. Your focus will be on enhancing a child's independence, self-care, play, and social skills.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration or membership with a relevant professional body. They must also hold a current driver's license and be willing to obtain necessary checks. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families is highly valued.
