We are seeking an exceptional support professional to join our marketing and client service team as a Marketing Operations Coordinator. In this newly created role, you will provide administrative and operational support across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Chief Marketing Officer with coordination of the team and program.
* Coordinate team meetings, manage central inboxes, and action tasks and triage them to marketing team members.
* Maintain department work-in-progress and campaign calendars updated, coordinate team activities, and manage team awards and incentive programs.
You will also be responsible for managing contact directories for suppliers and affiliates, maintaining logs of contracts and agreements, and producing reports and presentations in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
* Proven success in an administrative role supporting a busy large team.
* Previous experience in expense management, preferably in an environment with large expense budgets using expense processing systems.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Ability to work collaboratively or independently, prioritize work requirements, and respond to direction in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone with a strong client service focus, relationship-building skills, and a high level of attention to detail. If you have event management experience and exposure to working in a marketing or professional services environment, that's a plus!
