Develop web applications using ASP.NET MVC/Core or Web API.
Use front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.) when needed.
Integrate third-party services (REST/SOAP APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
Use version control systems like Git or TFS.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance, queries, connectivity, and availability.
Analyze slow-running queries, locking/blocking, deadlocks, or failed backups.
Help developers and customers optimize SQL queries for better performance.
Analyze execution plans and suggest indexes or schema changes.
API Integration: Integrate SmartCOMM with external systems using APIs, facilitating seamless data exchange and enhancing communication workflows
Template Development: Create and optimize static (print) and responsive (web) layouts using SmartCOMM's Advanced Template Designer (ATD) and Business Content Studio.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure Functions (serverless computing) and Azure App Services (web apps, APIs, mobile backends).
Analyze logs, metrics, and traces using tools like Azure Monitor, App Insights, Kusto Query Language (KQL), and others.
Provide tier-2/3 support to enterprise customers via support tickets, calls, or chats.
Help customers resolve issues with deployment, performance, authentication, scaling, or integration.
Monitor application performance, availability, and failures.
Recommend best practices for monitoring, diagnostics, and self-healing apps.
Analyze customer code, configuration, and deployment scripts.
To develop and manage SQL databases by planning, developing, and maintaining the HAM and SAM databases.
