We're expanding our global reach — and we're looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Digital Marketing Specialist to take the lead.

This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity where you'll run structured, multi-country campaigns and work closely with leadership to drive measurable growth. You'll also have the chance to get creative and be involved in regular photo and video shoots, shaping content that drives performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, PMAX, YouTube, Display ads and TikTok.
Build and execute data-driven strategies tailored to international markets.
Harness AI tools and advanced analytics to maximise ROI.
Oversee creative development (copy, visuals, landing pages) in collaboration with design.
Report performance insights with clarity and confidence to management.
Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activity, and the latest innovations in ecommerce.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' ecommerce marketing experience with proven results scaling campaigns.
Strong technical skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display ads and TikTok.
Shopify experience, with a passion for optimising customer journeys.
1-2 years of hands-on Shopify experience is required.
Expertise in conversion tracking and attribution models.
Creative mindset with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar experience.
