Join the team at Gatt Bros Transport Pty Ltd as a Part-Time Accounts Assistant based in Campbellfield, VIC. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the finance team, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day financial operations.
What you'll be doing
Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
Supporting the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Assist with accounts and related inboxes
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed
What we're looking for
Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role; graduates also welcome to apply with experience preferable
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
High levels of productivity
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, including Adobe Editor, MS Form, Sharepoint and workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
