Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will coordinate and monitor high-impact infectious diseases clinical trials across Australia within an international research network. You will support trial start-up, site management and risk-based monitoring, gaining broad experience across end-to-end operations. You will build strong relationships with clinicians, researchers and hospital teams while contributing to improved patient outcomes. What you will deliver : Coordinate ethics, governance and regulatory submissions, including amendments, annual reports and site-specific documentation across Australian sites. Support clinical sites as primary contact, managing agreements, payments, communications, and facilitating site initiation and training. Conduct on-site and remote monitoring, including source data verification and compliance checks against protocols, ethics and regulations. Maintain high-quality trial documentation, including Trial Master Files, Investigator Site Files, templates and audit-ready study and monitoring records. Contribute to data management, including data cleaning, query resolution, database lock preparation, reporting and meeting support. You may be a great fit if you : Hold a tertiary qualification in Life or Health Sciences, Nursing, or a closely related discipline. Bring demonstrated experience coordinating or monitoring clinical research or trials, ideally in industry or investigator-initiated settings. Understand Good Clinical Practice and Australian regulatory frameworks, with hands-on experience preparing ethics and governance submissions. Use Remote or Electronic Data Capture systems confidently and manage trial data, queries and documentation with meticulous attention. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing clear monitoring reports and engaging effectively with diverse site teams. Adapt readily to evolving project demands, balancing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance and high-quality trial support.
