Job Title: SAP Project Lead

About the Role:
* This role will be responsible for leading key projects within the Commercial Supply Chain function, ensuring successful project outcomes from inception to completion.
* The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent decision-making abilities.
* This position requires prior experience in leading projects, with a focus on SAP subject matter expertise and supply chain process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transition SAP software from GEP to S4 HANA across the region.
2. Provide leadership and oversight of project scope, budget, risk mitigation, schedule, and project team communication.
3. Own the onboarding of the S4 HANA software to all internal stakeholders, including rollout, training, SOP generation, and work instructions.
4. Create project management plans defining project scope and key deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
5. Track progress and ensure timely completion through metrics and performance indicators.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and meet business expectations.
7. Delegate responsibilities to relevant team members.
8. Develop insightful reports on project progress and conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in leading projects, with a focus on SAP subject matter expertise and supply chain process optimization.
* Subject matter expert in GEP SAP and S4 HANA.
* Experience in OTC, P2S, and P2P processes required.
* Proven ability in effective decision making and ownership of deliverables.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
