Job Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to develop and grow new business opportunities that will form part of a portfolio of customer accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales activities involve selling products via distributors in your designated region.
* You will be responsible for sales outreach by way of proactive support to new and existing distributors via joint sales calls, trade counter events, product training, and demonstrations.
* You will proactively build client relationships and maintain a strong pipeline.
* Presentation and negotiation skills are essential to ensure customers perceive our approach as adding value, supporting both their and our commercial requirements.
* You will work proactively with your assigned portfolio, using reports and information to keep customers informed, ensuring maximum benefit from visits and calls, and maintaining accurate CRM records at all times.
* Collaboration with the team and internal departments is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Proven sales experience, preferably in a territory sales role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
