**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our business is growing which sees us are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail / Optical Assistant to join our team. This position will require the successful applicant to work in our Bendigo and Heathcote practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- A variety of administrative support functions such as;
- Answering the phone;
- Efficiently make and follow-up appointments
- Greeting customers as they walk in the door;
- Data entry;
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Assisting patients to choose eye wear that suits their needs and lifestyle
- Selling of eye wear to customers
